What is BEEtv?

BEEtv is Beehive Broadband’s modern, app-based TV service that lets you stream live TV, movies, and shows straight to your favorite devices. With up to 176 channels, flexible DVR options, and compatibility with a wide range of devices, it’s a smart solution for households that want more control, more convenience, and less hassle.

Get Started in a Few Simple Steps

Ready to try it? After adding BEEtv to your monthly plan, setup is easy:

1. Pick Your Device
   BEEtv works on most devices made within the last five years—including Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, Android and iOS smartphones and tablets, and TiVo Stream 4K. The only major platform we don’t currently support is Roku.
2. Download the BEEHIVE BEEtv App
   Head to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “BEEHIVE BEEtv.” Look for our signature logo, download the app and follow the prompts to log in and set up your account.
3. Start Watching
   Once you’re logged in, you’ll have access to your full channel lineup, your DVR library and intuitive features designed to make watching a breeze.

You can also watch BEEtv right from your web browser on any internet-connected device at https://beetv.beehive.net/. As long as you’re connected to Beehive’s fiber internet, there’s no reason to miss your favorite BEEtv content—there are so many easy ways to watch!

Channels, DVR, and On-the-Go Access

With BEEtv, you’ll never feel like you’re missing out. We offer up to 176 channels covering everything from sports and news to kids programming, movies, and local stations. Need to know exactly what’s available? Check out our channel lineup for the full list.

Need recording power? BEEtv includes 100 hours of DVR storage, with options to upgrade to 300 or 500 hours if your queue is overflowing with must-watch content. Use the DVR feature to record your favorite shows and fast-forward, rewind, or pause them when it’s convenient for you.

While live TV is only available in your home where you receive Beehive Broadband internet service, you can take your DVR recordings and Watch TV Everywhere (wTVE) content with you on the go. That means you can still catch up on your shows while traveling or away from home, as long as you’re using a compatible device. BEEtv integrates seamlessly with wTVE, giving you access to many of the channels included in your plan. Watch TV Everywhere gives you access to a wide selection of TV channel apps based on your chosen package. Here’s a full list of all the apps included in our Total Package. Control What Kids See with Parental Controls

Worried about what the kids might stumble on? With BEEtv’s parental control features, you’re in charge. From your profile screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to manage settings—including the ability to restrict access to content rated TV-MA, R, NC-17, or NR.

Parental controls apply across all devices on your account, ensuring a consistent, safe experience for the entire household.

Troubleshooting? We’ve Got Your Back

When something’s not working the way it should, we’re here to help. If you’re experiencing issues with the BEEtv app, try these quick troubleshooting steps:

• Force close the app and reopen it.
• Unplug your device for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
• Make sure other streaming apps (like Netflix or Hulu) are working on your device.
