Enjoy the convenience of BEEtv with Beehive internet! Access it through a downloadable app on compatible devices like Amazon Fire Stick and Apple TVs. Stream BEEtv on any device with a web browser at home or access DVR recordings on the go. With the BEEtv app, enjoy live TV or utilize a cloud-based DVR to record up to 500 hours of programming. Additionally, any BEEtv package grants access to Watch TV Everywhere (wTVE), allowing use of channel and network-specific apps included in your BEEtv channel lineup package. DIGITAL VOICE

Choose your phone preferences with Beehive! Decide whether to receive a new phone number or keep your existing one. For the latter, complete a Letter of Authorization to request a port from your current phone company. Indicate if you’d like your phone number listed in public directories. Note that Beehive doesn’t provide phones; you’ll connect your own home phone to our equipment.

How much does it cost?

$19.95 + taxes & fees + a one-time $40 provisioning fee.

If a router is not leased from Beehive for internet service then a $5 monthly fee for phone equipment will be added to your account.
Bundled Services include Caller-ID, Call Waiting, Call
Forwarding, 3-Way Calling, and Anonymous Call Rejection.
Free Long-Distance to the United States and Canada.

Equipment Usage and Return Policy:

If using Beehive Broadband equipment, provide a $100 deposit or the account owner’s social security number and birthdate. Upon cancellation, return the equipment within 7 business days to avoid extra charges. The deposit will be applied to any unpaid balance or returned within 4 – 6 weeks from cancellation.

Lehi City Network Details:

Lehi City provides infrastructure, with Beehive Broadband as the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
You can sign up for Beehive Broadband by checking if your address is serviceable here.
Beehive equipment for Internet or Phone service is mailed to the customer, with optional technician installation for an extra fee.
Lehi City invoices the ISP monthly City fees per subscriber, remitted by the ISP.
Internet Installation fees:
- Standard Install: $0.00, completed in under 2 hours with up to 45’ of installation distance.
- Advanced Install: $200, completed within 4 hours with up to 150’ of installation distance.
- Premium Install: > $200, quoted for installations exceeding Advanced level.
